Shipping Methods and Rates

Makaula.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS Ground for a standard charge of $5.00. If you are a registered Makaula Member and your order totals $100 or more, Makaula will ship your order complimentary via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States. Makaula.com processes orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. UPS delivers Monday-Friday.

APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping

At this time, Makaula.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, call Customer Service to assist you Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Makaula.com order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date. We do not process exchanges at this time.

-To return an item(s), please call Customer Service at 916-572-2944. Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm PST, to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package.
